Earlier this March, Apple launched its updated version of 13-inch MacBook Air. Now the Cupertino-based brand has updated the 13-inch variant of MacBook Pro. The device comes with upgraded hardware and Magic keyboard. It also retains features like Touch Bar, Touch ID and others from previous-gen MacBook Pro. 13-inch MacBook Pro specifications:
Much like the 2020 13-inch MacBook Air, the updated MacBook Pro also features a 13-inch Retina display with True Tone technology bearing a 2,560 x 1,600 pixels display resolution. The laptop comes with a Magic Keyboard that was originally introduced on the 16-inch Pro model. The new MacBook Pro is capable of connecting to Pro Display XDR at 6K resolution.
In terms of hardware, the 2020 13-inch MacBook Pro is powered by the latest 10th gen quad-core processors. Buyers can choose between Core i5 and Core i7 option. Apple is also offering the new MacBook Pro with 8th generation Core i5 and Core 17 processors. The chipset is paired with Intel Iris Plus graphics onboard. The latest model comes upgraded RAM capacity that has been doubled from 8GB and 16GB on 2019 variant to 16GB and 32GB. In terms of storage, the 2020 MacBook Pro offers 256GB space for the base variant and goes up to 1TB. Apple is also offering a 4TB storage option.
Connectivity-wise, the 13-inch MacBook Pro is equipped with two Thunderbolt 3 ports, 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. The laptop runs on macOS Catalina and is claimed to deliver 10 hours of usage on a single charge.

The new 13-inch MacBook Pro carries a starting price of Rs 1,22,990 for the base variant in India. Apple hasn’t revealed its availability yet but it will go on sale soon via Apple Authorised Resellers. The laptop can be availed in Space Grey and Silver colour option.
